The firm establishes special needs trusts that help preserve financial security and maintain eligibility for essential government benefits. Rebecca also identified a recurring challenge for probate clients selling inherited property. As a result, she has frequently had to correct avoidable issues caused by a lack of understanding of probate requirements.

Recognizing the need for a more integrated, holistic approach, Rebecca recently became a licensed real estate broker and launched Legal Ease Realty, LLC to bring real estate services in-house. This allows clients to work through both the legal and real estate aspects of probate within a coordinated process designed to reduce unnecessary complications and provide clearer guidance from beginning to end.
